lots of interesting stuff in picture: ceiling, floor, graffiti, garbage, pillar.. it's a good photo but it needs a dominant focus/subject to be exceptional.
as composed the floor doesn't really add much for me, maybe if you added more hallway or alternatively crop floor out for more ceiling
