What kind of tutorials did you watch? I never watched LR tutorials because it's so straightforward, just play around with the settings and google a thing or two, in a couple weeks max you'll have a good grasp.

I still think that Canon FD and Minolta MC/MD are the best bang for buck systems to get started though

200 f/2 is mostly used for indoors sports, to deal with the low light.

135 f/2 is better suited for portraits and bokeh whoring.

A lot of Review sites claim this lens was made with Astrophotography in mind. I tried to Google any examples but I couldn't turn an out. Can anyone point me to a link (other than the telegraph pole in this thread) which might show what promise this lens has for people wanting to shoot the Milky Way, the stars or the night sky?

GX-7 is a higher tier m4/3 camera, the X-A2 is a lower tier Fuji X camera. The GX-7 would be better to use mainly because it has a EVF, composing shots with an LCD gets old quick. The Fuji has a bigger sensor but it you probably won't really notice the difference too much, the GX7 is pretty good as it is
