Back in the day people had the good sense of not using velvia for portraits (of white people at least), nowadays even the worst unnatural colors or grainy mush are "amazing, digital could never touch it" (because nobody in their right mind would want digital images to look like that (no, instagram/vsco don't count as counterexamples, I said in their right mind)).
