So am I the only one following NAB? I'm actually really interested in the XC10 Canon announced, and I know this is probably old news, but it looks like a reasonable b-cam. Thoughts?
I do like the idea of all in one camera I could hand off to a newbie for a music video shoot, plus the built in nd filter is handy. Canon does ship it with a cfast card too.
That said 8-bit 422 is much less useful than 10-bit 422 and the lack of any viewfinder is stupid (sure you can use the loupe, but then you can't use the touchscreen, who the hell qc'd this thing). Also quite overpriced.
I really like the look of it but I'd struggle to buy one considering you could pick up a used c100 body for the same sorta price these days. Also maximum kek at the review sites who think it's a video/stills hybrid and all the fags who want raw.
