For example the 60D is a common hobby deep sky astro body, hardcore enthusiasts get 60Da or 6Da. A Pentax DSLR with the GPS addon can track the sky with sensor shifting and can go as low as ISO 80 making them great for beginner astro.
D3200 can make some surprisingly good shots but not with the kit lens.
