I'm running it on my laptop with 2nd gen i7 2630qm/16gb RAM and my balls-out 1950x Threadripper desktop build and it is decent once you learn it. LR and PS load so fast on the Threadripper if you blink you miss it, batch exports in the 100s take seconds. It's a very noticeable difference from the i7 quad, but 10 handles older Win 7 hardware very nicely. I even got it running on my father's T60p Core 2 Duo with 3gb RAM and 128gb SSD, it takes a minute to load but once it's loaded it's fine.
For the record, I have a 98SE build I'm doing with a 3dfx Voodoo 5500 and 5-disk SCSI stack to play retro gaymen, pic related
