It helps to be hilariously ugly, realize you will never probably ever have sex again unless you pay for it and come to terms with that realization, I've shot full nude and didn't even get a chubby because I know there is no realistic way these women are ever going to fuck me. I'm fat, hideous and I drive a truck, the only thing that makes me a catch by any standard is I make a shit ton of money now, and even that doesn't help, which is surprising given the current socioeconomic situation with women.
