It depends on what works for you. If you want to bokeh whore or do low light then by all means the Pentax is your best bet. The Super-Taks render backgrounds in ways only Zeiss glass can. The 105 2.4 is probably one of the single best MF lenses ever made, even better than the Mamiya 50mm C and even some of the Carl Zeiss offerings. It also has dat wooden handle.
If you want studio stuff, use strobes or flash a lot or will be doing most of your shots past f/16 or doing landscape, the RB is the best MF camera on the market right now, regardless of what the Sugar-hate army says. Ignore the trolls, none of them own the RB system but I do and shoot it regularly.
It's awkward to use without the left grip and weighs a ton and a half but is arguably the most versatile system on the market. Lenses are sharp and render colors beautifully. It does 645, 6x8, 6x7, Polaroid and 70mm. You can swap BW to color on the fly.
My only gripe is the focus mechanism is like a large format camera and unless you have the left grip its super awkward. The left grip is like 30 bucks.
