No, buy a camera, take pictures. If you need to, go to a book store and read the books marked "Photography". Look at how photographers use light, angles, subject and focus.

Thats subjective. We're not here to google good photos for you. Go and google photographers names: Ansel Adams, Annie Leibovitz, Robert Capa, William Klein, James Nachtwey, Andreas Gursky, Don McCullin, Edward Burtynsky' etc.
