It works fine. It's just server retardation while retrieving .NET and WebView2, which is boomer MS Edge ensuring it's the default browser that pops up when you complete registration. In other words, that MS bloat I mentioned. Why would MS streamline its redist servers for non-Windows services? It's up to you to step in. I beat the entire Souls series on Wine using Vulkan shaders, as well as GTA IV and a couple dozen others. I think the issue is you're just a low-information person who doesn't like problem solving or taking initiative.
