At 200mm, even on full frame, to get any useful framing, you have to be further away from your model than the generally accepted "sweet spot" and while it still can look good with correct framing and composition, you lose any semblance of connection with your model because you're 30 feet away from her. Even for headshots, you want to be around 135mm. Not to say that it can't be done, or that it can't be done well, obviously, but it's certainly outside of the norm, on the long end.
