>>2578592Well, it wasn't really meant to be cute. It depresses the fuck out of me to see my entire family tree compressed into one single gesture. I didn't know how old my mom had really gotten until I took that photo and saw the knurling on the back of her hand. She's got grandma hands.
I mean, it makes sense. She's a grandmother, my brother just had his third child, I'm turning 30 in a month. It's just a little alarming how then and now elide into the future without warning, and how a single photo can remind you of that.
