Leica lenses (which you can also fit on a Hexar RF, and yes they will focus correctly, or even a Bessa) are among the best lenses for 35mm, yes.

Not to mention that you can get a medium format rangefinder for less money.

So why would people on an anonymous image board simply collect old Leicas and tell people they're better cameras for 35mm, when they're entry level DSLR users?

Also, I have a 26 year old Nikon that takes exceptional photos in 35mm, fuck your Jewish cameras.

Agreed. That's what I'm thinking of when I say they're designed for amateurs. Pros would use big SLRs or larger formats back in the day, almost all DSLRs now; Barnack invented Leicas for amateurs.
