He bought it with a large assortement of lenses, I have that 58mm too.
I usually use a Petri 50mm 1.4.
I've been using it quite a lot and used it even while shooting to concert which is the kind of genre of stuff I like to work in.
To be honest I love it, it's just beautiful to hold in your hands and everything is under your fingers.
The only giant flaw of this camera, which is a flaw that every Zenit has, is that the button that resets the exposures counter and releases the roll to rewind it is under the fucking shooting one ( in the photo you posted you can see it clearly just infront of it, it's that little black button poking out in front), so I've had more than one occasion slipped my finger on it and fucked up my photos, and sometimes creats cool effects.

It's an awesome, simple and ESPECIALLY resistent camera and it's literally sold for 15€ anywhere.
Zenits are extremely underrated cameras.
