So I lent this to someone with my 55-200is lens. And as I won't be needing my 10-55mm anymore I decided to give him that so I can have my telephoto lens back. And well I got this back. Fuck. So any thoughts on the cleaning of this. Also I will be sending it back with a bag.

A wet paper towel with a dab of dish soap? Your camera is more sturdy than you give it credit for. Take the battery and memory card out, Go to town cleaning it with soap and water on a cloth or paper towel, and leave it sit for a day to dry. You'll be just fine.

Still I was expecting it to be taken care of. I literally almost died when I bought this camera plus it was my first SLR. I have no use for it but it's sad sitting unused. And he wanted and does use it. I just wish he kept care of it.

As a gearfag just oneself poses problems here. The friend is suspected whenever a dust particle is found. Just relax, the condition also decreases on my usage and this is at least 90 per cent of it.

For some wedding shooting I'm just lending a bunch of valuable lenses to a friend. And because it is packaged well, I do not even worry about the transport. Of course I mentioned that lending isn't covered by my insurance, whereby usage is on his own risk.
So no problem here.

I always collected PC flight sims. Whenever a game store was going out of business, I'd buy what they had. They were always the only discs that weren't scratched to shit. Most had no scratches at all.
