So, I've done as you asked and compiled some proof.
In the below shot we have a 100% crop from fro on his 7dii and a from me on my a7. Sharpening and noise reduction set to 0, colour noise reduction set to 20,40,40 on both.
Both are at iso 12800.
So we have concluded the 7dii has piss poor high iso, destroyed by a camera that costs 2/3 of the price and weighs half as much and has 20% extra megapickles, for even better low light results when downsampling.
Yeah, the 7dii has a market, sports/wildlife photographers that either don't have the time or ability to process their shots correctly, it's also great for professionals on a budget who need fantastic customer service and quick turn arounds on broken gear. Ergo, no-one on here.
I stand by my chromosomes statement, you were too downy to realise when an image hasn't been fucked in the arse by noise reduction. Keep smiling low and wide my happy brother :^)
