The only other ones I'm aware of are One Hour Photo(guy works at a pharmacy processing film photos and becomes enamoured with a family) and Blow up(A photographer accidentally photographs a body and it rocks his world)

I here good things about the anime Speed Grapher but never seen it, I have seen Flag though and it's similar to The Bang Bang Club, Photographer that took a Pulitzer winning photo is sent to a battlefield to document a war

Videography was at best incidental to the film. The film was a commentary on modern news journalism ethics, not the art of videography. What videography that was shown was artless and functional, anyway.
