>>2597578>wow, that actually makes sense, I hadn't thought about it that way.. thanks. No problem. Keep it in mind, most of your life. Any time you're worried about how something you do will appear to others. To you, you're the most important thing in your life, so if you wear crazy pants, or shit on a bus, or die in a squirrel hunting accident, it's major news. But to other people, (even other people very close to you) your exploits are minor.
Think about being sick, with a cold, or the flu. To you, it stops the world. Every action and thought is altered to deal with this sickness. Now think about a day at work, when a co-worker calls in sick. Do you think about the pain and suffering, the difficulty in doing every day tasks, and empathize with them in a major way? or do you think "damn, lucky guy at home. Okay, back to work"
People don't care about you. People don't judge you. People don't put in the effort to notice you. Unless you're directly affecting their life, chances are good they won't even notice you at all. You are much more free than you believe.
Take your camera and go walk around your city. Don't worry about photos, just pay attention to the people around you. Notice how many of them are carefully paying attention to what you're doing, and are judging your every move. Logically, you know the answer will be zero people (except Homeless Dave, but he stares at everyone), but it's profound to see it in action.
Do you man. Everyone else is busy doing them.
