for protection of the lens from damages or idk what other else. So it's like there's no point in having a UV or a clear filter(protection filter) if I already have the other 2(ND,CPL). I mean the ND and/or CPL will already act as a protection for the lens but what if I add the UV(or clear) filter on top of all the filters for protection of the other filters.

Well some UV is cheap so if it was damaged, you could easily buy one instead of buying another lens or a protector filter will do

This is a fair point, but still, it's an entire living animal, very visible in the optical formula. So it's likely that a tiny scratch or coating wear on the front element aren't going to affect your photos in the least.
