Pro wedding tog here. I have noticed by rooting around in their exifs that all the photographers I aspire to shoot exclusively with primes.

At the moment I use my 24-70 and 70-200 as my main lenses on two bodies because of the versatility it gives me when shooting on the day. Between the two bits of glass there isn't much I can't do.

Question is, should I be switching? I have a 35, 50 and 105 in my bag already although they don't see much use.

Is the sacrifice in versatility worth the very modest improvement in quality? Or am I missing something?
