To answer the obvious question, no, there aren't any lens adapters that have actual glass in them that don't hurt your image quality. Why? Well, such a thing could be made, but precisely-built, well-aligned, coated lenses cost money, and the market won't bear the cost, since nobody's willing to pay $200 for an adapter for legacy glass.
