I'm not sure where your from, but bright, direct light on white pvc and white boardings can look pretty damn white to the human eye.
and not that it matters, but before that was exported as jpg, the highest value in the area on the left with the blown red channel is 241 and it varies all over.
Have fun trying to put down others photos to make yourself feel better about your own terrible photos though.
