Which means they turn pale when uploaded to 4chan.

Best way is to just open up every picture individually and save with the sRGB profile?

You should save them in a adobergb or better and save low res web versions in srg. If you have a folder for your low res internet files you can import them into LR and then export them back in srgb. The setting switch to srgb is in the export window. If you just have potatoshop use the automater. That tool is complicated you should just google how to use it for batch editing.
