Rarely do I need more than 9 AF points, the ISO difference is negligible, battery life is never an issue, as I am sparing with my shots. Speed is almost the same, and I'm not a fan of blazing away anyway. 3 or 4 shot bursts are more my thing.
I can see the D750 being better for event photogs who regularly kill batteries shooting all day, but not much else. And there are better suited cameras for that, too.
Depends what / how you plan on shooting, I guess.
