canon makes an f5.6 800mm. Nikon probably makes something similar.
in case you mean sharpest f/no, it depends on your lens and the sensor in your camera. why don't you just stick your camera on a tripod and shoot at different f/nos and tell me which works best with your combination of camera and lens.
