Canon Vixia hf r400 vs Panasonic HC-V550K?

Been looking for a good camcorder under $400. One big thing I want to know is if the HC's viewfinder swivels around to where you can see it from the front of the camera.

Other than that, thoughts, opinions? Which is better, why?

Filming at night in low light is a factor for me as well.
