Hello friends.
This is the 1st time I'm on this board so bare with me.
I have a Panasonic DMC TZ18 and lately all my pictures have that spot on them. I'm guessing there's something inside the lens.
Can I fix this myself?

It's a speck of dirt/dust on your sensor. If you can get to your sensor, you can fix it. If not, no.
