>>2648879>>2648901>>2648916>>2648918 These are the best shots in my opinion, framing works, you captured some energy and you made sure that the pictures are usable. These are the main things to consider when shooting clubs, you want to have three things:
>crowd energy>good view of DJ>good view of the clubThat way both the DJ and the club can use the pictures later and your pictures will be seen. If you can't see the DJ, he won't share it. If you can't recognize the club, they won't share it. If nobody looks like they are having fun, both won't share it.
I have some issues with the overall editing though. The colors seem really bland and boring. This looks like the clubs fault, but you could always try to go a little crazy in post, pull the shadows even bluer, the highlights yellow. I don't think anybody is bothered if the skin tones don't look real anymore, it's a club after all.
On some pictures like
>>2648918 you have pretty blown highlights. I know that feel too well, but you can fix this pretty easy with a mask on the DJs faces.
>>2648885>>2648892>>2648893Would have worked better if you framed it better, there is too much of nothing on the right sides. I understand that these overhead shots are a pain to pull off without muh flippy screen, but next time you should look at the picture afterwards and try to catch another moment like that with better framing.
Another example would be
>>2648915, if you were a little quicker and shot from a lower angle, one step to the right, you could have created a club where everyone put their hands up. Use the DJ to block boring people, nobody on the right expect the MDMA asian participates. If you block them and only use the people on the left, your mind will think everyone in there got their hands up.
>>2648991>>2648993>>2648996I'm not a fan of BW at clubs at all, even with a boring lighted club like yours. These are nice pictures, but for me they lack the energy of a club.
Could be personal preference.
