Sorry, gear thread.

I have an rx100 mk2 that I've taken all over. I'm constantly impressed with the quality of images, after years lugging around a dslr, I'd finally found a compact alternative but.. my last trip left me wanting something with a little more reach.

A friend just purchased a Panasonic TZ70 which I had high hopes for but upon testing I was really disappointed with the quality of the images.

So any decent superzooms out there with a good sensor? I am willing to sacrifice a little portability but don't want a dslr sized bridge.

Budget is up to £1000/$1500
