>>2658134The same way you take non NOISY photos in color on an EOS-M. You keep your ISO low. Then you switch it to monochrome mode, and shoot JPEG (otherwise raw files will pop out in color on your system (which is really what you SHOULD be doing, to have some control over your tones))
