Hey /p/,

I'm taking a photography elective as part of my multimedia course at uni. We have to fill up a disposable camera and present the photos.

I know nothing about photography. What's some good shit I can photograph? Need to get it all done in one day, two max.Wanna look hip as balls but I don't go outside or have any friends.

Pic related, camera I'll be using.

make a "mountain like" composition with your blankets, do some shit with light (desk lamp or whatever) and make some close ups.

Thanks so much for the response man, I actually mean I'm willing to go outside to shoot stuff, I just dunno what's interesting. I'd love to do your idea but we're definitely expected to go outside.

no problem! in that case i would suggest to go to a train/bus/metro station or something like a mall. Act like your a tourist, take some pics of people doing things that are way too normal (waiting, reading or whatever)

Have you ever used a disposable camera? There is no focus. Anything close is going to be blurry as fuck.

Op, take your shots outdoors. Indoor lights will be too dark and the lights will probably look all yellow (unless using flash). If you have to show the class every shot on the roll, take practice shots with your cell phone. If it doesn't look good, don't take the shot. Actually, practice a lot with the phone.

OP, if you use the flash put a couple of sheets of wax paper over the flash to diffuse it a little.

Yes, that's what I meant, but didn't write. The focus is fixed from 2 or 3 meters till infinity. This is very restrictive..
