It's a long m39 mount and it has to be mounted to a bellows to focus.I think it was originally designed to enlarge oscilloscope traces. If I had a good camera I'd probably use it to scan slides from my families albums.
I have to get to the rear element and clean it. I think moisture condensed on it at some point as it looks spotty but not moldy.
