OP you obviously understand how to take photos but try to get more creative. Take a pic of the birds in the corner with the nice trees in the background. Snap the houseboat with someone on it drinking a beer. Frame the reflection of the trees in the water with your kayak. You need to add levels to your photos. Simply pointing them at something and taking a nice photo won't make anyone enjoy looking at them.
Maybe smoke a fat blunt and then go out and shoot. Try it.
