Anybody used a film processing send-away service that they can recommend? I'm in Philly, if it helps narrow-down stuff.

I've just got some C-41, E-6, and some Black and White film to process. I just want the processed negatives, as I scan my own film at home.

I also have 2 ECN-II films to process, and everywhere I've seen charges $30+ to process these films. (One place I called even said that they process the film once in black and white, scan it, and then re-process it in color.) If you know anywhere that would process this for cheaper, I'd appreciate it.
