>>2852834I can't compare the lx100, but the sony takes some getting used to.
I'm not going to bitch about the clusterfuck menus as that's been done by everyone else ever, but you can get used to it (why you'd want to put the effort though for a snapshitter travel cam is another question).
Slow to turn on, cumbersome to work unless you set it to full auto and snapshit away. It is tiny though; like a swiss army knife of compacts. Has everything, may not be the specialist tool for every job has a part for, but it'll do if you can't bring along the whole toolbox.
Over the Fuji:
EVF (have never used it, even on sunny days where it might actually be useful to be squinting into a little square of light). For a compact travel cam don't really see the point when it's so uncomfy.
Does have a built-in ND filter, compared to the fuj so that's nice for sunny vacation spots.
Video is able to be stabilized unlike the x70; a def plus unless you never take vids. The sony's also have a popup flash that can be tilted for bounce flash. More useful for indoorsy nighttime situ where you'd likely be using a flash on vacation. I think the lx100 has a flash attachment - another thing to worry about losing, like the x70 lens cap.
QC isn't stellar, and it feels more fragile than the fuji desu, but fuji does have simplicity of operation, and will produce better quality pictures due to sensor size and processor, at the expense of versatility (video etc.). If you're already used to fuji's set up, having a mini fuji with the same feel is no small advantage (sony operation like pulling teeth if you want to gleen the most out of the little cam).
I would also look at the canon g7x/g7xii.
Cheaper than sony, feels way better put together (much more solid - better qc). Has its drawbacks you can research yourself. Likely has the same sensor as the sony anyway so besides the canon jpeg's looking nicer IQ is gonna be mostly the same + has greater zoom lenght.
Have a fiddle, cam in hand.
