>>2859346I think the picture is technically good, but I would have loved some more contrast in the background, her skin tone melts right in with the browning grass.
>>2859361I like the picture, composition, and the subject isn't bad looking, but there's nothing to distinguish this photo from a million other generic bar portraits. I guess it depends on what you're using this photo for, but it isn't winning any creativity contests.
>>2859474Over vignetted, the haloing around that telephone pole looks pretty bad, a weird gritty texture across the trees even though they aren't sharp. The subject is briefly interesting, but the train tracks obviously lead your eyes nowhere, and once you move back to the house, you see there really isn't too much left. Distractions like the random yellow plant, the orange gas marker, and the overdone PP don't help.
>>2859479The background is far more interesting than the silhouette. When you add a person to a shot, make sure you have a reason. In this photo it does add to the balance and composition but the whole thing seems to be conflicted about what it wants to show me. Putting the statue into the first rule of thirds cross would have made for a more pleasing picture.
>>2859500I think it's cool. Any reason you didn't crop it a bit closer?
>>2862192Highlights are a bit bright, not much to look at. She's pretty but that isn't very useful for a photo. Do something more interesting with the horizon line. Lower it while you're there or crop it out entirely in post.
I really liked how my snapshit came out a week ago but now I hate the highlights and don't know what to do for it in post-processing. I still need to turn this image in for an assignment, but I don't know where to go for PP anymore. Bottom pic is my edit. C&C appreciated.
