I have been very stressed and busy the past three years, and now, when I look at the photos I do manage to take, they're garbage. It appears I've forgotten everything I had learned. I was never amazing, but now I'm not even okay.

Anyone else have this sort of experience? How fix?

I don't think any of them were ever "real good". Most of my stuff was mediocre. Like the OP picture, it's not great at all. There were maybe one or two genuinely good (not amazing, not great) photos out of everything I had ever taken.

Now I just have complete failures of composure and shit. It's like I went from a 4 to a 0. Maybe I should be hitting up DIY for suicide methods instead.

OP - don't let yourself dry up from being stressed or busy or whatever. Clinical burnout is pretty much a life sentence and it is *not* fucking good.
