The word seems to be that the JPEG engines are good enough that the RAW is 90% of the time pointless because the cameras aren't that great that you can extract that much info from the RAW.

I wonder how large these will be. The LG G4 has 10-bit raws, meaning it will at most record 10 stops of dynamic range.

Hopefully DxO starts taking mobile phone sensors seriously after this (and actually measure stuff like they do with DSLRs, rather than give these pointless scores).

It's a serious question. I'd love to get an iPhone for the camera but that whole reloading pages thing drives me absolutely insane.
