>>2881231you need to brighten the hell out of that foreground but your shadows are probably lost. your sky is blown out in the white part. you could get a photo like this in HDR with multiple exposures, or you could shoot closer to dawn/dusk when the contrast was less harsh.
It looks like you needed to stop down a bit more and shoot on a tripod, but you'd have to watch the water for the amount of motion blur you want. I do not care for that tree on the left side.
