Fungal spores are everywhere anyway, the only thing you can do is prevent them from growing. Fungus needs darkness, humidity and warmth to thrive, so make sure your lenses don't spend too much time in a combination of those conditions and they should be fine. Also clean your lenses, finger grease and skin fragments are a food source for fungus.

At least what's on the pictures you posted doesn't look like fungus. It's lens cement that came loose, dried out and cracked. Separation can occur for many reasons unrelated to fungus. Balsam degrades over time.
Actually this is worse than fungus, because especially on an easy to disassemble lens like the Helios, removing fungus is pretty easy (unless it's been there so long that it has "eaten" into the glass). Just a wipe with isopropyl and fungus comes right off.
