hey everyone i'm very new to cameras and photography and i want to get a decent simple cammera that takes good quality photo and video for when i'm out hiking. i've decided to go mirrorless because i'd like something somewhat compact. i don't need a million bells and whistles because i don't have the know how to use them properly. At the moment i'm looking at the sony alpha a5000, from what i've read that seams to be my best bet though it's a bit over my budget. living is AUS i can get it for $600. was hoping to find something around the $400 - $500 area.
