Then there is the composition itself that is well organized, cut in two somewhat simetrical(for lack of better wordery) paterns; plus mostly straight lines, a wisely croped car and the non-colours enhancing this sense of organization.
At last theres the cute kitty near the central axe, which could count as another trait of thoughtful composition but that in my opnion only degrades the overall picture.
Of course nothing that was cited above is necessary for a good photo, nor that photo is specially great.
