Could somebody more proficient than myself help out a bit? I'm trying to do an album cover and I need some things added to this image. I basically want the arm to have a hand cutting across the arm with a razor blade but about halfway down the cut it turns into a speed bump (preferably yellow) with a car driving over it. Emo speed bump.
