I shoot everything, concert videos to boring interview type shit to hipster artsy videos that make most of you cringe

I'm looking to find softbox kits, I need to have at least one setup for shooting.

good hotshoe cameras, some way to mount both an LED and a mic on a single hotshoe.

Biggest thing is what is a good gear option for keeping the shoot still - like a glidecam or a shoulder rig but something more portable, I was thinking maybe a monopod but that would get in the way a lot
