Weddings: tbqh Nikon has had better FF bodies here for a while. But the 5D4 is a wedding photog's wet dream. (Resolution within 6 MP of Nikon's landscape body. High ISO within 0.5ev of Sony's A7S II. 7 fps. Focus micro adjust in post. Built in WiFi.)
Sports: 1DX and 1DX II
Sorts Crop: Canon dominated for years with the 7D then 7D2. Nikon admittedly punched back hard with the D500. But the 7D2 is still a damn close 2nd at a much lower price.
Advanced Amateur FF: gotta hand this one to Nikon as the 6D is under spec'd.
Advanced Amateur Crop: probably a tie between Canon and Nikon.
Entry Level: Canon's kit lenses are wicked good, so I would give it to them.
Street: this one I'll give to mirrorless, specifically the Fuji line.
Video: Sony unless you have the cash for Canon C line equipment.
