Borders are a great way to give the photos some space to breathe, it highlights good geometric compositions, and it removes the photos a tad from the blue tint on /p/.
on the other hand theres the insufferable idiots that takes a snapshit and slaps a border on it expecting it to suddenly become art, but youre just being a fucking meme for refusing to look at pictures with borders.
as for your photos:

all in all, the subjects is sort of interesting, but you often fail to highlight whats interesting about them, and your compositions arent as strong as they should be for these photos to work
