Has anyone here sold prints of your photos at a festival or something like that?

Im thinking about printing off alot of my photos in 8x10 (pic related), set up my awning and try to sell to whoever would buy. My main question is what is the legality of this? Would i need to get a business licence? Any other tips and experience would be much appreciated
