I also prefer the first photo. Clouds and shadows seem real for a silhouette of buildings.
>>2963101>>2963102>>2963461These landscapes aren't exciting, you took these for the sky and this is what they convey too. Good mood, great colors, all in all disappointing. You did already much better e.g. by playing with hills and valleys, forms in general, color and light-shadow contrasts.
Although there's an unbalanced ground (well even the clouds are lifted on the left side) and also a strong shadow towards the grounds edges, so far I enjoy
