Was innawoods near a lake about 5 years ago, looking for hummingbirds. Then this Sea King showed up to do water exercises. Scared everything away, but it was a welcome sight.
The TACCO eventually spotted me and told the pilot who gave thumbs up, and moved to my side so I could get some good shots for an hour. Lots of low passes and landings, flew directly overhead a few times, pouring water all over me. Was great. Felt like my own private airshow.
Had 70-300mm and a D90 on me at the time.
