It not only shows the event, but it shows just how quickly news spreads. War photography and journalist photography has always been a thing, but this is one of those few photos that looks completely staged because of how perfect it looks.
Just to compare with the photo you posted, yours captures an emotion for the viewer to empathize with; OP captures the energy, emotion, terror, and starkness of an assassination as it happens. It's like the entire Zapruder Film in one still.
